WARRANTY: The Pickleball Seatbelt comes with 1 year warranty. If any of the tools in the kit break within 1 year of the purchase date from the product's intended use, please email us (customerservice@pickleballseatbelt.com) and we will be happy to send you a replacement of the broken equipment. In your email please inlude how the piece of equipment was damaged. We will ask that you mail in the defective piece and upon receipt, we will send you a replacement.

LIABILITY: Use of The Pickleball Seatbelt is at the risk of the customer/user. It should not be used to replace going to a healthcare professional or to replace the advice they give you. Consult with your healthcare professional before using any products or exercises contained in The Pickleball Seatbelt. By purchasing The Pickleball Seatblet you are agreeing to indemnify and hold harmless JW Pickleball LLC, The Pickleball Seatbelt, and its officers for any and all losses, injuries, or damages resulting from any and all use or misuse of this product.

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can return your Pickleball Seatbelt within 30 days of the purchase date. Any returns after 30 days will not be accepted. After receiving your qualifying return, your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.
